Mayville State University and Bates Technical College signed an articulation agreement for a B.A. in Early Childhood.

Program Summary

The Early Childhood program is designed to prepare students for a career in teaching young children. Graduates are prepared to:

• Interact with young children in a professional, supportive and nurturing manner
• Plan and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
• Design and implement developmentally-appropriate curricula
• Observe and document developmental progress
• Facilitate home-center communication

Washington Scholarships
Washington Scholarships for Child Care Professionals (formerly the T.E.A.C.H. Early ChildhoodŽ Washington) is a program that helps early childhood professionals pay for a college education through community and technical colleges in early childhood education. They also help pay for Child Development Associates (C.D.A.) credential application fees.
