JRTC’s mission is to provide learning experiences that contribute, develop, and support the emerging work demands of our community.
Bates Technical College and JRTC work in collaboration with WorkFirst Partner Agencies to assist low-income parents receiving WorkFirst or TANF to identify appropriate training opportunities leading to employment and self-sufficiency.
