Our online math courses meet your academic needs and can accommodate your hectic schedule. Math instructor Emily Asher serves as your guide and teacher.
When you enroll in online math courses, it is important that you email Emily Asher for instructions on how to take your math online course.
Psychology and Sociology Online Courses
The Educator Training Center offers two distance learning courses:
- General Psychology, PSYC& 100, Item 5112, 5 credits, $170. Learn more about this psychology course.

Note: Financial aid typically does not cover these Educator Training Center courses.
Washington Online Courses (WAOL)
Washington Online (WAOL Angel) is a partnership between Washington state community and technical colleges. Bates students who enroll in these online courses receive credit on their college transcript just as they would for other courses taken at the college.
WAOL courses begin at different dates that regular college classes, so please consult a WAOL Class Schedule for details. Online fees apply. Please note that WAOL instructors are not Bates faculty, so if you need to contact your instructor, please call WAOL.
