Renton Technical College, Bates Technical College and the Western Washington Stationary Engineers Training Trust host a two-day Boiler Symposium specifically designed for new and experienced operators. The event was held in 2013 at Renton Technical College. The 2014 event will be held at the Bates campus on June 18 & 19, 2014. Details to come soon.
This event meets the requirements for the refresher course (required every five years for license renewal) and is approved by both the Steam Certification Board of Tacoma and the Steam Licensing Advisory Board of Seattle.
