About the Foundation

Who we are
The Bates Technical College Foundation was established in 1993 as a 501c(3) non profit organization by a small group of committed volunteers. Over the years, the foundation has grown and now has a Board of Directors made up of volunteers, and two college staff. The foundation awards over $70,000 in scholarships each year and support the college through multiple facets, including program fund support, mini grants, equipment donations, an alumni association, and more.
