Employee Assistance Program
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Fully Effective Employees, helps our employees and their family members resolve personal or work-related problems. Using your EAP does not cost you anything. Call 1.800.648.5834 for a username and password.
Credit Unions
As a Bates employee, you may join one of two credit unions: Washington School Employees Credit Union and School Employees Credit Union. Both services include payroll direct deposit, automatic bill pay, savings and checking accounts, overdraft protection, personal lines of credit and low interest loans.

Flexible Spending Account
The PEBB Program offers a medical flexible spending account (FSA) program that allows you to set aside money from each paycheck - before taxes - to pay for out-of-pocket health expenses. The FSA is only offered to PEBB benefits-eligible state and higher education employees.
