Pacific Institute Training for Bates Employees
The Educator Training Center offers The Pacific Institute’s Success Strategies for Effective Schools training to all college employees, at no cost. The training is facilitated by Chris Scaffidi of The Pacific Institute.
Success Strategies is a total institutional system developed to improve student persistence and employee and organizational development through continuous quality improvement. The system is designed to create an environment whereby staff, faculty, and students learn and reinforce each other’s application of the effective thinking and self-management skills found in The Pacific Institute’s curriculum. It teaches the effective thinking skills necessary to achieve personal, professional, and organizational success.
The five-day staff training is offered periodically throughout the year. Please contact the Educator Training Center to learn more, 253.680.7161 or email Jannica.
