Culinary Arts at Bates Technical College offers a unique experience. A student’s first year is focused on learning the basics of handling equipment and preparing food at the South Campus. The second year student moves to Downtown Campus where specialties & food preparation skills are advanced in preparation for entering a career as a chef.
