| This program prepares students for employment in the machinist/manufacturing field. Using a variety of machine tools including computer numeric control (CNC) equipment, students learn to make metal parts to precise specifications. Instruction includes the working properties of metal, capabilities of machine tools and equipment, and standard shop practices. Completion of this program prepares students for employment in all types of factories, industries, and maintenance shops. |
