| This position is exempt and reports to and serves the Bates Board of Trustees. Salary and benefits are comparable with institutions of similar size. The College provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance for employees. The College and employees contribute to TIAA-CREF Retirement System. Length of contract and other terms and conditions will be negotiated. The Bates Technical College Board of Trustees will make the final employment decision regarding the interim President. |
