Bates' Childcare Center, available to students and staff, includes an Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) preschool.  The center is located at the downtown campus.  Hours of operation are 6:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Please be aware that the center follows the college calendar for open days. The center serves 12-month olds through 5 years olds with drop-in care available for school-age children. Childcare costs are charged on a sliding scale basis. Financial support for childcare is available on a limited basis for students who qualify.
